Smart plant disease net: Adaptive Dense Hybrid Convolution network with attention mechanism for IoT-based plant disease detection by improved optimization approach

ABSTRACT Plant diseases are rising nowadays. Plant diseases lead to high economic losses. Internet of Things (IoT) technology has found its application in various sectors. This led to the introduction of smart farming, in which IoT has been utilized to help identify the exact spot of the diseased affected region on the leaf from the vast farmland in a well-organized and automated manner. Thus, the main focus of this task is the introduction of a novel plant disease detection model that relies on IoT technology. The collected images are given to the Image Transmission phase. Here, the encryption task is performed by employing the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and also the decrypted plant images are fed to the pre-processing stage. The Mask Regions with Convolutional Neural Networks (R-CNN) are used to segment the pre-processed images. Then, the segmented images are given to the detection phase in which the Adaptive Dense Hybrid Convolution Network with Attention Mechanism (ADHCN-AM) approach is utilized to perform the detection of plant disease. From the ADHCN-AM, the final detected plant disease outcomes are obtained. Throughout the entire validation, the offered model shows 95% enhancement in terms of MCC showcasing its effectiveness over the existing approaches.

Fully Automated Agatston Score Calculation From Electrocardiography-Gated Cardiac Computed Tomography Using Deep Learning and Multi-Organ Segmentation: A Validation Study.

To evaluate deep learning-based calcium segmentation and quantification on ECG-gated cardiac CT scans compared with manual evaluation. Automated calcium quantification was performed using a neural network based on mask regions with convolutional neural networks (R-CNNs) for multi-organ segmentation. Manual evaluation of calcium was carried out using proprietary software. This is a retrospective study of archived data. This study used 40 patients to train the segmentation model and 110 patients were used for the validation of the algorithm. The Pearson correlation coefficient between the reference actual and the computed predictive scores shows high level of correlation (0.84; P < .001) and high limits of agreement (±1.96 SD; -2000, 2000) in Bland-Altman plot analysis. The proposed method correctly classifies the risk group in 75.2% and classifies the subjects in the same group. In total, 81% of the predictive scores lie in the same categories and only seven patients out of 110 were more than one category off. For the presence/absence of coronary artery calcifications, the deep learning model achieved a sensitivity of 90% and a specificity of 94%. Fully automated model shows good correlation compared with reference standards. Automating process reduces evaluation time and optimizes clinical calcium scoring without additional resources.

Multimodal Religiously Hateful Social Media Memes Classification based on Textual and Image Data

Multimodal hateful social media meme detection is an important and challenging problem in the vision-language domain. Recent studies show high accuracy for such multimodal tasks due to datasets that provide better joint multimodal embedding to narrow the semantic gap. Religiously hateful meme detection is not extensively explored among published datasets. While there is a need for higher accuracy on religiously hateful memes, deep learning-based models often suffer from inductive bias. This issue is addressed in this work with the following contributions. First, a religiously hateful memes dataset is created and published publicly to advance hateful religious memes detection research. Over 2000 meme images are collected with their corresponding text. The proposed approach compares and fine-tunes VisualBERT pre-trained on the Conceptual Caption (CC) dataset for the downstream classification task. We also extend the dataset with the Facebook hateful memes dataset. We extract visual features using ResNeXT-152 Aggregated Residual Transformations based Masked Regions with Convolutional Neural Networks (R-CNN) and Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) uncased for textual encoding for the early fusion model. We use the primary evaluation metric of an Area Under the Operator Characters Curve (AUROC) to measure model separability. Results show that the proposed approach has a higher AUCROC score of \(78\% \) , proving the model’s higher separability performance and an accuracy of \(70\% \) . It shows comparatively superior performance considering dataset size and against ensemble-based machine learning approaches.

A novel deep learning method for recognizing texts printed with multiple different printing methods

Background: Text recognition of cardboard pharmaceutical packages with machine vision is a challenging task due to the different curvatures of packaging surfaces and different printing methods. Methods: In this research, a novel deep learning method based on regions with convolutional neural networks (R-CNN) for recognizing binarized expiration dates and batch codes printed using different printing methods is proposed. The novel method recognizes the characters in the images without the need to extract handcrafted features. In detail, this approach performs text recognition considering the whole image as an input extracting and learning salient character features straight from packaging surface images. Results: The expiration date and manufacturing batch codes of a real-life pharmaceutical packaging image set are recognized with 91.1% precision with a novel deep learning-based model, while Tesseract OCR text recognition performance with the same image set is 38.3%. The novel model outperformed Tesseract OCR also in tests evaluating recall, accuracy, and F-Measure performance. Furthermore, the novel model was evaluated in terms of multi-object recognition accuracy and the number of unrecognized characters, in order to achieve performance values comparable to existing multi-object recognition methods. Conclusions: The results of this study reveal that the novel deep learning method outperforms the well-established optical character recognition method in recognizing texts printed using different printing methods. The novel method presented in the study recognizes texts printed with different printing methods with high precision. The novel deep learning method is suitable for recognizing texts printed on curved surfaces with proper preprocessing. The problem investigated in the study differs from previous research in the field, focusing on the recognition of texts printed with different printing methods. The research thus fills a gap in text recognition that existed in the research of the field. Furthermore, the study presents new ideas that will be utilized in our future research.

Underwater Object Detection Method Based on Improved Faster RCNN

In order to better utilize and protect marine organisms, reliable underwater object detection methods need to be developed. Due to various influencing factors from complex and changeable underwater environments, the underwater object detection is full of challenges. Therefore, this paper improves a two-stage algorithm of Faster RCNN (Regions with Convolutional Neural Network Feature) to detect holothurian, echinus, scallop, starfish and waterweeds. The improved algorithm has better performance in underwater object detection. Firstly, we improved the backbone network of the Faster RCNN, replacing the VGG16 (Visual Geometry Group Network 16) structure in the original feature extraction module with the Res2Net101 network to enhance the expressive ability of the receptive field of each network layer. Secondly, the OHEM (Online Hard Example Mining) algorithm is introduced to solve the imbalance problem of positive and negative samples of the bounding box. Thirdly, GIOU (Generalized Intersection Over Union) and Soft-NMS (Soft Non-Maximum Suppression) are used to optimize the regression mechanism of the bounding box. Finally, the improved Faster RCNN model is trained using a multi-scale training strategy to enhance the robustness of the model. Through ablation experiments based on the improved Faster RCNN model, each improved part is disassembled and then the experiments are carried out one by one, which can be known from the experimental results that, based on the improved Faster RCNN model, mAP@0.5 reaches 71.7%, which is 3.3% higher than the original Faster RCNN model, and the average accuracy reaches 43%, and the F1-score reaches 55.3%, a 2.5% improvement over the original Faster RCNN model, which shows that the proposed method in this paper is effective in underwater object detection.

An Optimized Deep Learning Approach for the Prediction of Social Distance Among Individuals in Public Places During Pandemic.

Social distancing is considered as the most effective prevention techniques for combatting pandemic like Covid-19. It is observed in several places where these norms and conditions have been violated by most of the public though the same has been notified by the local government. Hence, till date, there has been no proper structure for monitoring the loyalty of the social-distancing norms by individuals. This research has proposed an optimized deep learning-based model for predicting social distancing at public places. The proposed research has implemented a customized model using detectron2 and intersection over union (IOU) on the input video objects and predicted the proper social-distancing norms continued by individuals. The extensive trials were conducted with popular state-of-the-art object detection model: regions with convolutional neural networks (RCNN) with detectron2 and fast RCNN, RCNN with TWILIO communication platform, YOLOv3 with TL, fast RCNN with YOLO v4, and fast RCNN with YOLO v2. Among all, the proposed (RCNN with detectron2 and fast RCNN) delivers the efficient performance with precision, mean average precision (mAP), total loss (TL) and training time (TT). The outcomes of the proposed model focused on faster R-CNN for social-distancing norms and detectron2 for identifying the human 'person class' towards estimating and evaluating the violation-threat criteria where the threshold (i.e., 0.75) is calculated. The model attained precision at 98% approximately (97.9%) with 87% recall score where intersection over union (IOU) was at 0.5.

Prediction of agricultural waste compost maturity using fast regions with convolutional neural network(R-CNN)

In agriculture production, the enormous volume of wastage production is a major concern. Therefore, composting a massive amount of thrash will transform from agricultural wastage to stabilized, disinfected, and pollution-less yields, allowing important nutrients to be retained and the fertility of soil to be enhanced. Carbon to Nitrogen proportion (C:N) or estimating seed germination index (GI) is the most well-known technique for deciding the compost development of agricultural throwaway, they are both tedious and hard to carry out. Thus, various powerful feature extraction calculations were utilized in the literature. These broadly utilized texture feature extraction strategies could obtain only single-level characteristics, however, the Faster R - CNN model can separate multilevel image attributes since it has a bunch of cascaded layers of convolution and activation functions that could make sense of color and texture features of composts at different levels. Thus, Fast Regions with Convolutional Neural Network(R-CNN) was acquainted in order to rapidly evaluate compost maturity by examining pictures of different composting phases.

Automatic Detection and Categorization of Road Traffic Signs using a Knowledge-Assisted Method

Deep Learning is proving to be a boon for the latest smart city applications. For efficient mobility-based applications, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) are indispensable. In an autonomous driving scenario, a Traffic Sign Detection and Recognition system (TSDR) helps the drivers. Eventually, with its proper use, the number of accidents on the road can also be reduced. TSDR is an important technique in ITS but it can be hard to implement because of the mess, different levels of light, different sign sizes, and changing weather. In the past, different object detection models such as Fast regions with convolutional neural networks (RCNN) and Faster R-CNN were utilised for this purpose but due to the sluggish pace of detection, these models are inefficient. In this article, a state-of-the-art approach using ”You Only Look Once” version 4 (YOLOv4) is being used for the correct detection and recognition of traffic signs. YOLOv4 utilizes convolutional neural networks (CNN) for the instant detection of objects. YOLO framework processes input image in a single instance and it does not require a complex detection pipeline, making it extremely fast. Therefore, the proposed approach is feasible for real-time traffic sign detection and recognition. The detection accuracy of the proposed YOLOv4 model is improved by adjusting the relevant parameters and retraining the model on manually annotated data set. It has been demonstrated in results that the performance of proposed model is adequate.

SpheroScan: a user-friendly deep learning tool for spheroid image analysis.

In recent years, 3-dimensional (3D) spheroid models have become increasingly popular in scientific research as they provide a more physiologically relevant microenvironment that mimics in vivo conditions. The use of 3D spheroid assays has proven to be advantageous as it offers a better understanding of the cellular behavior, drug efficacy, and toxicity as compared to traditional 2-dimensional cell culture methods. However, the use of 3D spheroid assays is impeded by the absence of automated and user-friendly tools for spheroid image analysis, which adversely affects the reproducibility and throughput of these assays. To address these issues, we have developed a fully automated, web-based tool called SpheroScan, which uses the deep learning framework called Mask Regions with Convolutional Neural Networks (R-CNN) for image detection and segmentation. To develop a deep learning model that could be applied to spheroid images from a range of experimental conditions, we trained the model using spheroid images captured using IncuCyte Live-Cell Analysis System and a conventional microscope. Performance evaluation of the trained model using validation and test datasets shows promising results. SpheroScan allows for easy analysis of large numbers of images and provides interactive visualization features for a more in-depth understanding of the data. Our tool represents a significant advancement in the analysis of spheroid images and will facilitate the widespread adoption of 3D spheroid models in scientific research. Synthetic Image Dataset Development for Vision-Based Construction Equipment Detection

This paper presents a systematic method to create universally applicable synthetic training image datasets for computer vision-based construction object detection. The synthetic images created by inserting a virtual object of interest into a real site image allows us to minimize the time and effort for training image data collection and annotation. In addition, the use of synthetic images has an additional benefit that training images can be easily customized for a target construction site by considering the context of the site (e.g., different background scenes, camera positions, and angles) and the possible variability of target objects to be detected (e.g., different sizes, locations, rotation angles, and postures) on images. An automated approach proposed in this study attempts to systematically create the synthetic images using the Unity game engine in which context- and variability-related parameters can be controlled. The proposed method was validated by training a deep learning-based object detection algorithm [i.e., a faster regions with convolutional neural network (R-CNN) model] with synthetic images and testing it on real images from earthwork construction sites to detect an excavator. The CNN models trained with synthetic images showed an average precision value of more than 90%; in particular, the classifier using synthetic images outperformed the one using real site images. The detection results also demonstrated an improved capability to capture the high irregularity of a construction object on images when using techniques of context customization and variability randomization. The findings from this study demonstrate the feasibility and practicality of the use of synthetic images for vision-based approaches in a construction domain. Ultimately, the proposed approach serves as an alternative way to build comprehensive image datasets for construction entities, contributing to facilitating vision-based studies on construction.

Research on three-dimensional counting algorithm of high-precision suspended cells based on deep learning

The research on the three-dimensional counting algorithm of suspension cells is very important for the online counting of cells. Suspension cells are usually observed and counted by taking out cell samples under the microscope. This method cannot realize the online counting of cells. At the same time, there will be weak movement of suspended cells in three-dimensional space, making space counting more difficult. Aiming at the above difficulties, a three-dimensional counting algorithm of suspended cells based on deep learning is proposed. The Faster regions with convolutional neural network (R-CNN) framework is used to identify the target cells, the feature pyramid structure is introduced to reduce the feature loss in the fusion process, and the soft non-maximum suppression algorithm is used to remove the bounding box to improve the detection effect. To reduce the manual labeling workload, an automatic labeling method is proposed. The improved Faster RCNN framework achieves the F1-score of more than 98% after identifying cells, and our method is more accurate than other advanced methods. In terms of three-dimensional counting algorithms, the cells are spatially tracked. Cell matching and correction are carried out by extracting multiple feature information of cells, and adhesion cells are extracted separately for priority processing. The algorithm carried out a tracking experiment on the image sequences of five groups of suspended cells, and the final tracking accuracy of the experiment reached more than 95%. The tracking accuracy is better than other advanced algorithms. Experimental results show that the algorithm achieves high-precision three-dimensional tracking and counting of suspended cells.

Rural Built-Up Area Extraction from Remote Sensing Images Using Spectral Residual Methods with Embedded Deep Neural Network

A rural built-up area is one of the most important features of rural regions. Rapid and accurate extraction of rural built-up areas has great significance to rural planning and urbanization. In this paper, the spectral residual method is embedded into a deep neural network to accurately describe the rural built-up areas from large-scale satellite images. Our proposed method is composed of two processes: coarse localization and fine extraction. Firstly, an improved Faster R-CNN (Regions with Convolutional Neural Network) detector is trained to obtain the coarse localization of the candidate built-up areas, and then the spectral residual method is used to describe the accurate boundary of each built-up area based on the bounding boxes. In the experimental part, we firstly explored the relationship between the sizes of built-up areas and the kernels in the spectral residual method. Then, the comparing experiments demonstrate that our proposed method has better performance in the extraction of rural built-up areas.

Multi-Class brain normality and abnormality diagnosis using modified Faster R-CNN

Background and ObjectiveThe detection and analysis of brain disorders through medical imaging techniques are extremely important to get treatment on time and sustain a healthy lifestyle. Disorders cause permanent brain damage and alleviate the lifespan. Moreover, the classification of large volumes of medical image data manually by medicine experts is tiring, time-consuming, and prone to errors. This study aims to diagnose brain normality and abnormalities using a novel ResNet50 modified Faster Regions with Convolutional Neural Network(R-CNN) model. The classification task is performed into multiple classes which are hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, and normal. The proposed model both determines the borders of the normal/abnormal parts and classifies them with the highest accuracy. MethodsTo provide a comprehensive performance analysis in the classification problem, Machine Learning(ML) and Deep Learning(DL) techniques were discussed. Artificial Neural Network(ANN), AdaBoost(AB), Decision Tree(DT), Logistic Regression(LR), Naive Bayes(NB), Random Forest(RF), and Support Vector Machine(SVM) were used as ML models. Besides, various Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) models and proposed ResNet50 modified Faster R-CNN model were used as DL models. Methods were validated using a novel brain dataset that contains both normal and abnormal images. ResultsBased on results, LR obtained the highest result among ML methods and DenseNet201 obtained the highest results among CNN models with the accuracy of 84.80% and 85.68% for the classification task, respectively. Besides, the accuracy obtained by the proposed model is 99.75%. ConclusionsExperimental results demonstrate that the proposed model has yielded better performance for detection and classification tasks. This artificial intelligence(AI) framework can be utilized as a computer-aided medical decision support system for medical experts.

A Deep Learning-Based Method for Automatic Assessment of Stomatal Index in Wheat Microscopic Images of Leaf Epidermis.

The stomatal index of the leaf is the ratio of the number of stomata to the total number of stomata and epidermal cells. Comparing with the stomatal density, the stomatal index is relatively constant in environmental conditions and the age of the leaf and, therefore, of diagnostic characteristics for a given genotype or species. Traditional assessment methods involve manual counting of the number of stomata and epidermal cells in microphotographs, which is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Although several automatic measurement algorithms of stomatal density have been proposed, no stomatal index pipelines are currently available. The main aim of this research is to develop an automated stomatal index measurement pipeline. The proposed method employed Faster regions with convolutional neural networks (R-CNN) and U-Net and image-processing techniques to count stomata and epidermal cells, and subsequently calculate the stomatal index. To improve the labeling speed, a semi-automatic strategy was employed for epidermal cell annotation in each micrograph. Benchmarking the pipeline on 1,000 microscopic images of leaf epidermis in the wheat dataset (Triticum aestivum L.), the average counting accuracies of 98.03 and 95.03% for stomata and epidermal cells, respectively, and the final measurement accuracy of the stomatal index of 95.35% was achieved. R2 values between automatic and manual measurement of stomata, epidermal cells, and stomatal index were 0.995, 0.983, and 0.895, respectively. The average running time (ART) for the entire pipeline could be as short as 0.32 s per microphotograph. The proposed pipeline also achieved a good transferability on the other families of the plant using transfer learning, with the mean counting accuracies of 94.36 and 91.13% for stomata and epidermal cells and the stomatal index accuracy of 89.38% in seven families of the plant. The pipeline is an automatic, rapid, and accurate tool for the stomatal index measurement, enabling high-throughput phenotyping, and facilitating further understanding of the stomatal and epidermal development for the plant physiology community. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first deep learning-based microphotograph analysis pipeline for stomatal index assessment.

Smart training: Mask R-CNN oriented approach

This paper is aimed at the usage of an augmented reality assisted system set up on the smart-glasses for training activities. Literature review leads us to a comparison among related technologies, yielding that Mask Regions with Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN) oriented approach fits the study needs. The proposed method including (1) pointing gesture capture, (2) finger-pointing analysis, and (3) virtual tool positioning and rotation angle are developed. Results show that the recognition of object detection is 95.5%, the Kappa value of recognition of gesture detection is 0.93, and the average time for detecting pointing gesture is 0.26 seconds. Furthermore, even under different lighting, such as indoor and outdoor, the pointing analysis accuracy is up to 79%. The error between the analysis angle and the actual angle is only 1.32 degrees. The results proved that the system is well suited to present the effect of augmented reality, making it applicable for real world usage.

Slippage fault diagnosis of dampers for transmission lines based on faster R-CNN and distance constraint

The slippage fault diagnosis of dampers in aerial images is a challenging task for an automatic transmission line inspection system. In this paper, an effective and reliable slippage fault diagnosis method based on a deep learning technique and distance constraint method for aerial images is proposed. In the detection stage, the Faster Regions with Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN) is employed. It takes the aerial images as input, detects the dampers in the image by learning the basic features of dampers, and outputs the coordinates of the dampers in a single image. In the diagnosis stage, the distance between adjacent dampers in the horizontal axis is calculated through the damper coordinates obtained in the detection stage, and the relationship between the distance and the selected threshold is the judgment basis of slippage fault diagnosis. The results show that the slippage fault of dampers can be quickly and accurately diagnosed in the aerial images by the proposed method.

Infrared Target Detection in Cluttered Environments by Maximization of a Target to Clutter Ratio (TCR) Metric Using a Convolutional Neural Network

Infrared target detection is a challenging computer vision problem which involves detecting small targets in heavily cluttered conditions while maintaining a low false alarm rate. We propose a network that optimizes a “target to clutter ratio”(TCR) metric defined as the ratio of the output energies produced by the network in response to targets and clutter. A TCR-network (TCRNet) is presented in which the filters of the first convolutional layer are composed of the eigenvectors most responsive to targets or to clutter. These vectors are analytically derived via a closed form optimization of the TCR metric. The remaining convolutional layers are trained using a novel cost function also designed to optimize the TCR criterion. We evaluate the performance of the TCRNet using a public domain medium wave infrared dataset released by the US Army's Night Vision Laboratories, and compare it to the state-of-the-art detectors such as Faster regions with convolutional neural networks (R-CNN) and Yolo-v3. The TCRNet demonstrates state-of-the-art results with greater than 30% improvement in probability of detection while reducing the false alarm rate by more than a factor of two when compared to these leading methods. Experimental results are shown for both day and night time images, and ablation studies are presented which demonstrate the contribution of the first layer eigenfilters, additional convolutional layers, and the benefit of the TCR cost function.

ATSS Deep Learning-Based Approach to Detect Apple Fruits

In recent years, many agriculture-related problems have been evaluated with the integration of artificial intelligence techniques and remote sensing systems. Specifically, in fruit detection problems, several recent works were developed using Deep Learning (DL) methods applied in images acquired in different acquisition levels. However, the increasing use of anti-hail plastic net cover in commercial orchards highlights the importance of terrestrial remote sensing systems. Apples are one of the most highly-challenging fruits to be detected in images, mainly because of the target occlusion problem occurrence. Additionally, the introduction of high-density apple tree orchards makes the identification of single fruits a real challenge. To support farmers to detect apple fruits efficiently, this paper presents an approach based on the Adaptive Training Sample Selection (ATSS) deep learning method applied to close-range and low-cost terrestrial RGB images. The correct identification supports apple production forecasting and gives local producers a better idea of forthcoming management practices. The main advantage of the ATSS method is that only the center point of the objects is labeled, which is much more practicable and realistic than bounding-box annotations in heavily dense fruit orchards. Additionally, we evaluated other object detection methods such as RetinaNet, Libra Regions with Convolutional Neural Network (R-CNN), Cascade R-CNN, Faster R-CNN, Feature Selective Anchor-Free (FSAF), and High-Resolution Network (HRNet). The study area is a highly-dense apple orchard consisting of Fuji Suprema apple fruits (Malus domestica Borkh) located in a smallholder farm in the state of Santa Catarina (southern Brazil). A total of 398 terrestrial images were taken nearly perpendicularly in front of the trees by a professional camera, assuring both a good vertical coverage of the apple trees in terms of heights and overlapping between picture frames. After, the high-resolution RGB images were divided into several patches for helping the detection of small and/or occluded apples. A total of 3119, 840, and 2010 patches were used for training, validation, and testing, respectively. Moreover, the proposed method’s generalization capability was assessed by applying simulated image corruptions to the test set images with different severity levels, including noise, blurs, weather, and digital processing. Experiments were also conducted by varying the bounding box size (80, 100, 120, 140, 160, and 180 pixels) in the image original for the proposed approach. Our results showed that the ATSS-based method slightly outperformed all other deep learning methods, between 2.4% and 0.3%. Also, we verified that the best result was obtained with a bounding box size of 160 × 160 pixels. The proposed method was robust regarding most of the corruption, except for snow, frost, and fog weather conditions. Finally, a benchmark of the reported dataset is also generated and publicly available.

Quantum-Based Creative Generation Method for a Dancing Robot.

In this paper, we propose a creative generation process model based on the quantum modeling simulation method. This model is mainly aimed at generating the running trajectory of a dancing robot and the execution plan of the dancing action. First, we used digital twin technology to establish data mapping between the robot and the computer simulation environment to realize intelligent controllability of the robot's trajectory and the dance movements described in this paper. Second, we conducted many experiments and carried out a lot of research into information retrieval, information fidelity, and result evaluation. We constructed a multilevel three-dimensional spatial quantum knowledge map (M-3DQKG) based on the coherence and entangled states of quantum modeling and simulation. Combined with dance videos, we used regions with convolutional neural networks (R-CNNs) to extract character bones and movement features to form a movement library. We used M-3DQKG to quickly retrieve information from the knowledge base, action library, and database, and then the system generated action models through a holistically nested edge detection (HED) network. The system then rendered scenes that matched the actions through generative adversarial networks (GANs). Finally, the scene and dance movements were integrated, and the creative generation process was completed. This paper also proposes the creativity generation coefficient as a means of evaluating the results of the creative process, combined with artificial brain electroenchalographic data to assist in evaluating the degree of agreement between creativity and needs. This paper aims to realize the automation and intelligence of the creative generation process and improve the creative generation effect and usability of dance movements. Experiments show that this paper has significantly improved the efficiency of knowledge retrieval and the accuracy of knowledge acquisition, and can generate unique and practical dance moves. The robot's trajectory is novel and changeable, and can meet the needs of dance performances in different scenes. The creative generation process of dancing robots combined with deep learning and quantum technology is a required field for future development, and could provide a considerable boost to the progress of human society.

Multi-Background Island Bird Detection Based on Faster R-CNN

This paper aims at the monitoring of birds and their ecological environment in the island and coastal wetland ecosystems. A new approach of island bird detection is proposed based on the Faster R-CNN (Regions with Convolutional Neural Networks) model under multiple backgrounds. It includes feature extraction, region proposal, bounding box regression, classification into the whole neural network structure. This key technology can automatically achieve automatic bird species identification and quantitative statistics in the faster computation speed. The details of constructing Faster R-CNN are described. In the end, many actual images are utilized to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed models.
